What is NLP?
NLP History
NLP originated in the early 1970's by John Grinder and Richard Bandler for the purpose of making explicit models of human excellence. They believed that all humans have essentially the same “wiring” and that any extraordinary talent displayed by one individual could be “modeled” and systematically taught to others.
What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistics) and how their interplay affects behavior (programming).
People everywhere are declaring that NLP has given them the edge in communication mastery to assist in creating extraordinary results for themselves and others. Leaders in all areas increase their ability to influence others and create new levels of performance results.
NLP is a blend of visualization, linguistics and positive thinking. It is an outcome based model.
NLP is a set of precision communication tools designed to give individuals more choices and a greater degree of control in both their professional and personal life.
The goal of NLP is to reduce the client's distress, rapidly resolve problems, increase self-esteem, and provide a heightened sense of power over the self in all environments.
