NLP Testimonials
The many different team projects that Dave, ropes supervisor, presented to us, and witnessing how wonderful Jerry was with his incredible guidance, and being a part of a group of men and women, young and wise, who came together using newly developed NLP skills to connect in a way that if I was not there to see, hear and feel it myself, I would not think it could be possible. As I went to bed Saturday night, one word kept popping into my head of what the Ropes course brought to the complete package of this amazing experience, and that word is Integrity. - W.K.

The reason I describe all the ways this group has come together, is because when we got to the ropes course, it was this group mentality, the rapport and support from the group that inspired me on personally. I could not conceive myself of standing up on top of that pole, till I saw someone else do it. Then there was a flood of NLP Presuppositions that kicked in to shift my thinking about how I could begin to see myself standing on top of that pole. The study of NLP is about modeling excellence, and the pre-sup “Just about anyone can learn to do anything” and “Anything can be accomplished if you break it down into small enough chunks”. When it was my turn, I stepped up 1 step at a time (Small chunks), I reflected on how someone else did it before me (Modeling excellence), and when I saw the top of that pole, I heard the cheer of my team mates below me, I heard the encouragement and believed I could do it. I felt empowered from the group and believing in them to have my safety in mind as I risked that final step up onto the top of that pole. When standing in top, I heard the question, “Can you do the Crane”? Standing on 1 leg, I looked down at all the people who had my safety lines and knew I was safe. As I said my personal contract, I coiled up and leaped out with my wings spread out and said, “It’s a great day to Fly. - D.H
