As you know, parents today are faced with uncommon challenges when raising children, especially during adolescence. Our young people face increasing pressure from outside influences. The CornerStone Family Training provides families with the tools to:
- Be fully accountable, both individually and within the family system
- Discover the real issues behind destructive behavior
- Understand where to most beneficially focus your energy
- Parent for results and avoid or eliminate your child’s entitlement mentality
- Gain clarity around and create a solid Family Value Frame
- Improve communication and resolve conflicts effectively
- Spend more time having fun and relaxing together
The CornerStone Family Training consists of two training weekends, both experiential in nature and jam-packed with highly interactive and fun learning for the whole family. Between the two weekends, families work with a Certified Family Coach to implement and expand on the learning and tools from the weekend. The purpose of the program between weekends is to provide professional coaching as the family works toward aligning with the principles of an intentional family, ultimately increasing happiness and connection within the family.
