The Resource Academy is a Certified International Coaching Federation School which meets or exceeds all standards for ICF Certification.

Professional Development Tracks for Coaches and Mentors

Track One	Track Two
Certified Transformational Coach	Internal Coach/Mentor
This track is designed to teach fundamental coaching skills leading to RR certification as a transformational coach. It is for any one declaring they want to coach as a business for income. The QC1 level develops the skills sets necessary to coach within any arena. The students will decide as to what areas they may want to specialize in after certification. The curriculum will cover all aspects of coaching – personal, family, and business.	This path is for students who want to develop the skills to act as an internal mentor or coach within a business, organization, or their life. They do not see themselves as declaring a “coaching business” for profit or hire. They will not be certified as Transformational Coaches; however, they will receive an Academy Mentorship Certificate. After Weekend three (3) students will receive 10 weeks of mentoring to assist them with integrating their learning into the area they select.
*Tuition Fee: $6100* $500.00 Non-refundable deposit with registration. $6,100.00 if paid in full. $6,400.00 if using the four (4) installment payment plan; contact RR for details.	*Tuition Fee: $4200* $500.00 Non-refundable deposit with registration. Balance must be paid in full by weekend two (2). $4400.00 if using the three (3) installment payment plan: paid by weekend two; contact RR for details.
*Requirements:* Attendance and participation in all five (5) Academy Weekends. 60 hours of intern client coaching plus student coaching hours. Demonstration of all core coaching competences. Completion of all required assignments. Pass written and oral exam at Weekend four (4). Strength Assessment interview at Weekend four (4). Attendance and participation in the Business Building phase of the Academy.	*Requirements:* Attendance and participation in the first three (3) Academy Weekends. 20 hours of intern client coaching plus student coaching hours. Demonstration of all core coaching competences. Completion of all required assignments Strength Assessment Interview at Weekend three (3).
*Additional Options for Internal Coach/Mentor Graduates*
They are welcome to Weekend five (5) at a cost of $500.00 for additional skill development and mentoring if they desire. This is a two-day training weekend, Saturday and Sunday. At Weekend three (3) if they desire to continue on to certification, they may elect to do so by paying an additional $2,200.00 (can be in equal payments) for a total price of $6,400.00, attending and participating in the remaining two (2) weekends and completing all additional requirements for the Transformational Coach Track. Those students who complete the Internal Coach/Mentor program are eligible to attend RR Level Two (2) coaching classes such Certified Relationship Coaching to earn a completion certificate.
