Resource Realizations initially developed seminars and coaching for
individuals. However, the demand for integration of seminar principles
into business and family dynamics soon became evident. Over the last
25 years Resource has continued to expand these offering these in various
arenas.
Resource has a series of individual personal
development seminars design to create insight and growth. The
purpose is to assist individuals to create results aligned with
their desires and objectives in life. The personal development programs
are provided through a series of seminars. Individuals move through
these seminars in a pre-determined fashion at their own pace. Individual
performance coaching is available which works in conjunction with
the seminar series.
Resource's corporate programs center on the same principles of accountability,
increased communication and creating results out of clear intention.
The business
seminars like the personal development seminars are highly experiential
in nature. Resource offers 1, 2, and 3 day modules for corporations.
Resource also has a highly effective coaching network to support achieving
business objectives as well as assist individuals in creating greater
professional performance.
Resource's has extensive experience in working with families and
teens. Family programs offer growth for each family member and the
entire family unit. Material includes not only parenting skills but
values development, communication and family structure. Resource
also offers a family development program for newly married couples
