Family Coaching Resource
Resource
Network coaches, who have completed the
required curriculum to become a Premier
Affiliate Coach, will have the opportunity to
be retained as a professional Family Coaching
Resource. These are coaches committed to
supporting families to live with purpose and
shared values.
Quantum Coaching I Staff Positions
Resource Network Coaches have the
opportunity to apply for permanent staff
coach positions for the Quantum Coaching
Academy. This is a paid position and an
opportunity to work with a Master Coach and
assist others in their declaration of becoming
a coach.
Quantum Coaching II
Resource
Network Coaches may apply and be selected
to facilitate Quantum Coaching II Seminars
and Workshops. They will have access to all
Resource Network Coaches to market and
participate in these seminars.
Leadership Program
Resource
Network Coaches wishing to work with
individuals in a leadership arena will be
retained on a contract basis with Resource
Realizations. They will be involved with the
delivery and provide coaching to clients
enrolled in the Leadership Program. This
powerful program is an opportunity to learn,
grow, and assist leaders to create change in
just 10 weeks.
Education that supports continued learning and growth
The Resource Network is committed to
supporting the continuing education of
coaches. Network membership provides
eligibility to attend a wide variety of
educational programs offered throughout the
year.
These hours can be applied towards
continuing education credit used for recertification.
These trainings are experiential
and varies from Quantum Coaching II to
Coaches Camp with a Ropes Course in the

Coaches Referral Service - Resource
Network Coaches will have their profiles on
the Resource Realizations web site for
potential clients to review biographies and
select a coach. In the future this will be the
place where someone requesting assistance on
a project or needing resources would be able
to post jobs and have Resource Network
Coaches bid on those jobs.

supports many different humanitarian
projects. As a Network coach you will have

of these projects that bring joy and gratitude
to so many people. For example, this year the
Resource Network is supporting Camp
Kindle, a summer camp for kids with HIV
