The Resource Realizations Camps are held in the Southern
California Mountains at Alpine Meadows near Big Bear Lake . Each
summer this camp hosts hundreds of groups from all over the country.
The Resource Camp attendees have their own meeting space and cabins.
The pool and trails and recreations facilities are shared.
This environment creates a venue for learning, high energy and a place
to have fun. The Youth Camps provide teens with skill building that supports
developing self esteem, leadership, living a healthy life and connection
with others teens that provides an opening for authentic communication
and support.
The Coaches Camp is provided for coaches from all over the country to
come and participate in a beautiful retreat environment to share, support
and learn together. This is a time for coaches to support each other
in developing their coaching practices, learning new coaching skills
and obtain coaching tools to become more effective in being with their
clients.
All camps provide a Ropes Course for experiential learning. The Ropes
Course in conducted using the camps secure Ropes equipment. This
is a opportunity to learn ways to support individuals in confronting
fears, taking risks, planning and executing effectively as a teams.
As teams work through each Ropes event they have the opportunity to debrief
and to examine what worked to achieve success and what did not work
as a means to learn valuable lessons. Ropes Courses provide challenge
and excitement and powerful lessons for teams and individuals working
