| Family Enrichment Program Today we face a variety of concerns around family issues, peer acceptance, professional challenges, changing financial conditions, clarity of direction and the daily pressures of life. No matter how great our relationships, all of these issues create stress within the family. Many families are not handling this pressure well. More than half of all marriages end in divorce; a telling number about the conditions of our families.
The Family Enrichment Program is designed to assist families in creating a new family dynamic. Using a series of games and processes, the program assists each member of a family in looking at beliefs and behaviors which impact family harmony.
Many organizations and associations are stepping forward to provide assistance to employees and their family to reduce stress and absenteeism and improve performance. Just as in business, a family is a team of people with goals and objectives. Learning how to manage expectations, balance time and energy in order to support each individual, builds trust and openness.
A critical first step is the creation of a Family Value Frame. While much is talked about "family values" today, most families spend little or no time on the creation of this foundation. Once identification of a common set of values occurs, a family purpose and vision will be created to guide the family in daily living.
Through the purchase of a corporate membership, your company may offer the Family Enrichment Program as part of its overall support system for employees. Seminars may be a blend of individuals from various organizations within a local area. Educational organizations and associations may also purchase group memberships to be offered on a scheduled basis through Resource Realizations.
