The Facilitator Certification Training is a 10 month program designed to
develop both the skills and ways of being with others to lead experiential
based seminars. This program is for participants desiring:
- To design, lead, and manage an experiential training environment
- Expand skills used in an existing training environment
- Personal development coaches desiring to facilitate smaller
groups as part of the coaching process
Applicants for this program must have completed one of the following:

The program consists of 5 weekend modules every two months. Curriculum includes:
- Presentation Skills
- Module Design
- NLP material
- Processing .vs. advice/coaching
- Ground of Being for Facilitation
- Facilitation Operations and Mechanics
- Ethics
- Practices of Facilitation
- Breakdown, Blowups, and Breakthroughs
In addition to the 5 weekends of classroom work, an internship is included
in the program. Participants will be required to facilitate thirty hours
of Resource Realizations seminars as the facilitator during the 10 months
of this program. This work will be taped and reviewed by Senior Facilitators
during the weekends. Once the internship is completed interns will be assigned
as a Junior Facilitator in other Resource Realizations seminars to accumulate
a total of sixty hours of facilitation in a training arena. Thirty hours
beyond internship must include the design and facilitation of individual's
seminars for a group of at least 15 people. Resource has many environments
which may be available for this design work to be completed. |
