Dr. Jahn, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and is ranked by ICF statistics within the 2% of Coaches with more than 10 years experience; she has been coaching for more than 15 years and is dedicated and fascinated by her profession.

Dr. Jahn formally established her Executive Coaching business in 1999, which is now known as CorpXcoach, S.C.  a worldwide Corporation that provides Certified Coaching Solutions to the dynamic international and local business community.

Her vision is to create a world where Sustainable Leadership is the leading business model; her mission is to serve and train many Sustainable Leaders around the world.  She is known to break paradigms and question established values in her quest to expand possibilities for people and organizations to reach true, long lasting success.

Her experience in corporations and as a business owner; her continuous education, insatiable curiosity, and absolute passion for Coaching have created the foundations for her precise Coaching Methodology and Techniques and the necessary know-how to create balance, genuine interest in people, incorporate the “evolution brain touch” to companies to make a valuable impact in individuals and organizations.

Dr Jahn is founder of Women Circle for Sustainable Leadership and Development, a not for profit organization that was born as a tribute to Mexico’s generosity.

She is also creating the Executive Circle for Sustainable Leadership.

Dr. Jahn travels around the World speaking and training on the subject.

She is the author of books: “Stand Out from the Crowd,” “Feed your brain”, “Personal branding” and other titles. She is also author of Video, Marketing and Personal Image.

Oriana was born in London, England, and has lived in Mexico for the last fifteen years. She trained as a Coach at the Coaching Academy in the United Kingdom, and graduated with Distinction, with a specialty in the subject of Manager as Coach.

Since 2002, she has been working exclusively on developing her personal philosophy and methodology of Coaching, based on international coaching experience, study and investigation. Her clients are mainly high potential executives looking to move up the corporate ladder, from operational to inspirational and sustainable leadership. She also works with leaders to develop their vision on corporate and personal levels, and with individuals to define and live their life’s purpose.

Oriana has specialized training in giving feedback on 360 Evaluations and creating added value for the client from the information in the 360. She particularly enjoys working on assessment based coaching plans, as they give a scientific basis and a structure from which to measure the effectiveness of coaching.

She is 100% bilingual Spanish/English and also speaks fluent French. Her Bachelors Degree is in Modern Iberian and Latin American Regional Studies, King's College, London University. She holds the International Certification Credential of credential of  Professional Certified Coach PCC, Master Coach "Asociación Mexicana de Coaches", International Coach Federation, USA, International Representative ICF México, Founding Member International Association of Certified Coaches, Coachville, USA

Oriana’s professional experience includes being Director of Public Relations and Publications, British Chamber of Commerce Mexico, Representative of Latin Finance Magazine, Author of the Mexico City Restaurant Guide, and Editor of two Cook Books. Free-lance journalism and editorial work in Tiempo Libre, El Financiero, Paula, Travesias, The Geographical Magazine, and the Illustrated London News.  From 2003-4 she had a regular column in the Mexico City edition of the Miami Herald, writing about the challenges that expatriates face in Mexico from a coaching perspective.

She and her business partner, Mercedes Jahn, provide extensive coaching to executives and corporations in Mexico and other countries. Her expertise in group coaching, the development of programs designed to support executive and corporate coaching using international coaching research, brings significant value to those benefiting from her coaching expertise.
