Personal Development Overview

Our Personal Development Group works with adults who are seeking to accelerate and expand their lives.    Our most IMPORTANT resource in life is ourselves.     How much do we invest in staying current is our career – building skills, going to “professional development” classes and doing research on new ideas?    For some this is vital, for others secondary but how many of us spend the time and resources to invest in WHO WE ARE BEING?

Our development courses focus upon you as the driving point of success in your life.   As we grow over the years, we set patterns, beliefs, develop attitudes and even emotional barriers to being our most effective self.    Franklin Roosevelt said “We have nothing to Fear but Fear itself.”  I would paraphrase that into “we have no Limits but the Limits we set ourselves.”

Our personal development seminars are really a program.     We offer 5 seminars and on-line workshops for your continued growth:

• Discovery is the foundational seminar
• Focus is to integrate and expand your learning about yourself
• Visions is to take all you have gained and, in a directed and supported fashion, put it into your life
• Leadership is the program that focuses upon the impact you have in the world and how to create your world as you desire
• Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistics) and how their interplay affects behavior (programming).
• On-line Workshops

In all the stages of our seminars, you will be mentored and coached to apply the principles.   A seminar is only one step in realizing what you can be in life.    Resource is committed to your change becoming real rather than something people merely talk about!
