Discovery and Focus consist of full days, with ample breaks and meals. Homework and exercises occur at meals and in the evening for individuals to complete. You will have homework each night. Do not plan on other activities in the evening other than dinner and relaxing when time is available. This will maximize your learning while at the seminar. Participants also receive coaching supervision during sessions from staff.
Visions consist of full days, with ample breaks and meals. Homework and exercises occur at meals and in the evening for individuals to complete. You will have homework each night. Do not plan on other activities in the evening other than dinner and relaxing when time is available. This will maximize your learning while at the seminar. Participants will work on their program between weekends through calls, homework, and projects. Also, participants receive coaching supervision during sessions and between weekends from staff.
Youth Leadership Camp consists of 6 full days of exercises, programs and processes. Each day will start at 8:30 AM and end at 9:00 PM. There are nightly activities such as homework, and movies. There will be plenty of breaks and meals, with other time to reflect and processes new learning.
Leadership Program consists of 2 weekends, one at the beginning and one at the end, with 10 weeks of one on one personal coaching for participants. The weekends are two days, Saturday and Sunday, normally 9:00 am to 6:00 pm each day. Participants will have weekly calls with coaches and group to work on specific goals created at the beginning of the training. It is really up to the participant as to how much time they put into creating their desires and goals, the more time and effort, the more value created.
