So Cal Leadership Program Service Project

Southern California participants took on a group project called “Mercy Ministries”, a faith-based residential treatment program for young women struggling with some of life’s challenges, such as: addiction, abuse, self-mutilation, anorexia, bulimia, and low self-esteem, among others. This is a new location for the Ministries, and this group has committed to contributing to this project indefinitely. They have declared raising $80,000 for the project. Many of the participants were in service in countless ways: giving blood, working with troubled teens, community service, and many others. This group has a heart for contributing to others!
