Youth Leadership Camp 2012 Registration Packet

(July 22 to July 29, 2012)

We are pleased that you have decided to send your teen to one of our Youth Leadership Camp (YLC) sponsored by Resource Realizations! To ensure your child’s participation, please follow all the instructions in this packet. If you have questions, call us at the Youth Leadership Camp Office at 760-298-3985. Please keep in mind, this camp is not for defiant, out-of-control or resistant teenagers. We are not about "fixing" your teen’s non-working behavior, but enhancing their working behavior.

Registration is done on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will close June 25th.  Youth Leadership Camp is for teens ages 13 to 17.5.

This form can be downloaded, then printed and signed. You can then mail or fax the form into our office. The instructions for mailing or faxing are on the form.   Please double check your content in the form for accuracy and Print Clearly. Prices effective beginning January 1, 2012.
