Policy & Procedures
Registration:
· You must pre-register to attend the seminar at the listed price. If you fail to pre-register you may not be admitted since seminar size is limited. You may be required to pay a $50.00 processing fee at the door plus all tuition required.
School Associated Participants
· If you are a School Associated participant, you must attend the Seminar Overview call as part of your registration
· If you do not pre-register, you may not be admitted to the seminar depending upon the number attending. Your fee for Discovery is paid by your school if you are a parent, step-parent, grandparent or finanically responsible party of a child in an affiliated school or program.
Attendance:
· If you are pregnant you may not attend Discovery or Focus or Visions
· If you are being treated for high blood pressure, cardiac care, recovering from recent surgery or other significant medical conditions you must call the Resource office to discuss the seminar hours and your medical condition. Ensure you call even if you think it is unimportant.
· If you are under a therapist's care, please consult your therapist about attendance. Any questions you or the therapist have may be answered by calling the Resource office.
· You must attend ALL hours of the seminar to be considered a graduate.
· You must be 18 to enroll in all Resource programs other than those designed specifically for youth participation
Fees & Refunds
· All registration fees must be paid 5 business days before the start of the seminar.
· There is a non-refundable deposit required for all Resource seminars and programs. The amount varies and is listed in the product detail in the shopping cart.
· If you attend any weekend of a multiple weekend training, you are liable for the full amount of the tuition.
· If you attend Discovery or Focus and graduate, Resource will refund your tuition upon request. You must ask for a refund within 5 business days in writing with a statement of what you are basing your request upon. All your tuition will be refunded less a $75 processing fee.
· All other programs, any refund requests are at the discretion of Resource Realizations
Discounts
You may not stack discounts. If you are eligible for more than one discount, you
may use the largest single discount for your registration. If you think you are
eligilble for more than one discount, please call the office for clarification
Staffing Requirements
· You must be a graduate of the seminar for which you apply to staff.
· If you desire to staff any Youth seminar or program, you must have staffed an adult seminar before being accepted
· Resource reserves the right to choose staff based on the company needs and direction. You may not be selected simply because you apply.
· You must be 17 to staff an adult Discovery, and you must have adult supervision by someone on the staff
· You must be 18 to staff an adult Focus, and you must have adult supervision by someone on the staff your first time staffing.
