Welcome to Resource Realizations, a company committed to contributing to the betterment of life. As the founder of Resource, I would like to share the values and philosophy of the company.

Resource is dedicated to assisting individuals, organizations and families to claim the power within to create a life of balance, results and purpose. I have been in personal transformational work since 1974. Out of this journey, I have learned many lessons which have led to the Resource Realizations of today: a company which creates partnership and strives to be a resource; a partnership centered on values and direction. Resource is not just a company of consultants, coaches or facilitators. It is a company of passionate individuals working from a common vision of contribution and service.  At the heart of all our programs is a commitment to personal growth, education and lasting change.  Empowerment requires taking a stand for the capability of our clients to learn, grow, and prosper beyond what Resource can offer. When this happens, we have a partnership of equals, a partnership of shared purpose

While intellectual understanding is important and is a vital part of learning, I believe learning requires action.   This is the reason all Resource programs, seminars, webinars and support are experiential in nature.   What does this mean and what is the impact upon what we do as a company?    All of our programs start with the declaration that the individuals attending are whole and complete.   You as the student have the answers within.   Our job is to create environments which allow you to learn for yourself.   We use games, processes, lectures, sharing and your own insights about yourself as our foundation.    This creates true internalization of the learning.   The student begins to live the material not just understand it.  

Translating understanding into concrete action and results is a must! This is a major difference in the approach we take in our interactions with our partners. If what we teach or coach does not show up in the world, it is not effective for either our partner or for us.  This translation into the world beyond the training room means Resource programs will always offer support.    This is a key value for us.

Change does not happen without continual support and reinforcement. This is the reason we are committed to forming partnerships. Short-term, one time seminars do not create a lasting shift for individuals, organizations or families. Resource is committed to be an integral part of the journey from the first step to the final outcome. This is a critical element in our partnerships.
