The Betterment of Life through Education, Partnership and Service throughout the World
These words while not changing over the years certainly mean something different today than in 1986. Today, our understanding of betterment and partnership has expanded beyond the boundaries of the US into a global view of creating a world working together. Our purpose is closely related to the values we hold as an organization.

OUR VISION
Resource develops and offers a wide variety of programs which are both transformational and experiential in nature. We contiue to seek leading edge technology to improve our delivery of products to our clients.
As a company we offer "programs" which include educational material and on-going support. A single event, while a powerful experience, must be supported after so that the learning truly shows up in action. What Resource provides is not only the education but the path and support for successful integration.
Through The Resource Academy we create partners who will continue and improve Resource’s work into the next generation. Resource has spent over 35 years developing material, facilitating seminars and attracting other committed like-minded individuals so that Resource can be a “resource” and "legacy" to the next generation of professionals.
